Application
– Suitable for film blowing, casting, blow molding, injection molding, and fiber drawing processes.– Widely used in the production of T-shirt bags, shopping bags, eco-friendly garbage bags, packaging films, breathable films, straws, pails, bottles, containers, plastic pallets, and other plastic products.
LL-103 Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is based on linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and filled with ultra-fine calcium carbonate (average particle size: 1.8 μm). The filler is fully dispersed during processing to produce a high-concentration masterbatch with a calcium carbonate content of 80%. This product helps reduce the amount of plastic used, improves processing efficiency, and serves as a high-quality plastic modification masterbatch.
Usage Instructions
– Mix evenly with the base resin during processing; no special equipment or procedures are required.
– The recommended dosage depends on the properties of the final product and typically ranges from 5% to 50%.
– Store in a dry environment and use promptly to avoid moisture absorption.
