LL-101 Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is based on low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and filled with ultra-fine calcium carbonate (average particle size: 1.8 μm). The filler is fully dispersed during processing to produce a high-concentration masterbatch with a calcium carbonate content of 75–80%. This product helps reduce the amount of plastic used, improving efficiency, and serves as a high-quality plastic modification masterbatch.

Usage Instructions
–  Mix evenly with the base resin during processing; no special equipment or procedures are required.
–  The recommended dosage depends on the properties of the final product and typically ranges from 5% to 50%.
–  Store in a dry environment and use promptly to avoid moisture absorption.
