Application

– Suitable for addition to recycled materials or moisture-affected plastic resins during processing.
– Helps reduce voids caused by moisture during molding, thereby lowering product defects and improving quality.

LD-314 Moisture Absorbent Masterbatch is designed to reduce or prevent the formation of bubbles caused by moisture in plastic products during processing.

Usage Instructions
– Mix evenly with the base resin (cold feed method recommended).
– Avoid excessively high temperatures during addition to prevent abnormal reactions due to rapid moisture absorption.
– Recommended dosage depends on the product and typically ranges from 2% to 6%.

Precautions
– Store at room temperature in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.
– Before production, check that the product packaging is intact and vacuum seals are not broken.
– Once mixed with the base resin, use the masterbatch within 6 hours.
– Properly reseal any opened masterbatch to maintain effectiveness.
