Application

LD-315 Moisture Absorbent Masterbatch is designed to reduce or prevent the formation of bubbles caused by moisture in plastic products during processing.
Usage Instructions
- Mix evenly with the base resin (cold feed method recommended).
- Avoid excessively high temperatures during addition to prevent abnormal reactions due to rapid moisture absorption.
- Recommended dosage depends on the product and typically ranges from 2% to 6%.
Precautions
- Store at room temperature in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.
- Before production, check that the product packaging is intact and vacuum seals are not broken.
- Once mixed with the base resin, use the LD-315 masterbatch within 6 hours.
- Properly reseal any opened LD-315 masterbatch to maintain effectiveness.
