PP-103 Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is based on polypropylene (PP) and filled with ultra-fine calcium carbonate (average particle size: 2.3 μm). The filler is fully dispersed during processing to produce a high-concentration masterbatch with a calcium carbonate content of 85%. This product helps reduce the amount of plastic used, improves processing efficiency, and serves as a high-quality plastic modification masterbatch.

Usage Instructions

  • Mix evenly with the base resin during processing; no special equipment or procedures are required.
  • The recommended dosage depends on the properties of the final product and typically ranges from 5% to 50%.
  • Store in a dry environment and use promptly to avoid moisture absorption.
