Product Description
The cable is constructed from 12-core optical fibers arranged in 8 micro-bundles, forming a total of 48 fiber cores. An FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) rod serves as the central primary tensile member, with the fiber bundles stranded around it in an SZ configuration. This design facilitates mid-span branching and prevents tightening issues during closure caused by unidirectional stranding.
Inside the cable, aramid yarn is arranged in a circular pattern as a secondary tensile reinforcement, providing sufficient tensile strength. The cable can also be used as a pulling rope. With the central strength member serving as the main load-bearing element, it is suitable for both vertical and horizontal installations.
Depending on customer requirements and application environments, the cable can be manufactured with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) materials or lead-free PVC, offering excellent flame-retardant performance.
